Environmental protection begins with consumption
In the development of the three main drive cylinders, our specialists placed enormous value on environmentally-friendly and energy-saving technology. The result is clear: Due to the considerably less volumetric efficiency per load reversal, an oil tank smaller by up to 1,000 litres is required depending on the type of press. Just one standard size oil cooler is sufficient for even three-shift operation due to the low oil temperature. Further advantages: The hydraulic oil stays viscous longer so that resulting costs due to oil change and the disposal of used oil are also significantly reduced.
Troublefree and low-maintenance
Only a trouble-free run is a good run. Against this background, we have fitted our presses with robust hydraulic automatic drill machines and stable control wire lances. The mechanical automatic insertion of the wire into the control wire head also guarantees trouble-free functioning.
To keep downtimes as short as possible when changing rollers, we have made sure the heavy-lift rollers on the hardboard can be replaced easily and quickly – either separately or as an entire unit – through service flaps fitted on both sides. And this, of course, without removing the hardboard which means a complete change of rollers takes less than 2 hours. This system is patented.
The split guide rails, on which the hardboard moves, are not only highly wear-resistant but also screwed in a easily accessible manner so that changing is possible without having to rebore welded joints, drill out or burn out screws with a cutting torch or remove the hardboard.
Small, light and powerful
Our presses are not only more powerful, they also require up to 50 percent less space. As they are also much lighter due to the compact construction, the days of static problems are finally over. This also means they can be put back into operation after just 1 to 2 days of assembly.
The compact construction as well as the latest Meiller fastenings guarantee minimum transport costs and increase the mobility of the presses.
